The term fist is a human body part. This method is an ancient one. Articles have found the presence of this fighting method. The later version of this method is the now called boxing. Various kinds of martial arts have been developed and practiced all over the world. Every martial art uses this fist fighting as its basic form of training. The so called martial of Thailand the” Muay Thai” uses eight limbs techniques such as the fist, elbows, knees and shins to attack the opponent. To be good in fist fighting one need to practice and perform certain specific exercise like knuckle press ups, shadow boxing and other fist strengthening exercises. Punching a sand bag for hours a daily makes one fist hard enough to break a wooden board. But for every exercise and practice needs proper guidance from a trained master.
